From the word go, Elyas was destined for a career in finance. By the age of 20, he already started building his investment portfolio. “I’ve always had a strategic outlook on life,” he explains. “I believe that the key to success and happiness is to have clear goals to work towards.”

In 2002, Elyas embarked on a double degree in Accounting and Banking/Finance at Monash Uni. In his mind he was convinced this was the career path for him - so much so that he started working in the financial services industry before graduating. “It was just the perfect match for my goal-based way of thinking,” he says.

Being highly driven, after five years working for the big banks, Elyas was ready to take on the next challenge. With a strong work ethic behind him and self-belief, Elyas backed himself and established Infinite with Rick by the age of 27. At the grass-roots level, he could finally live the dream that made him choose to go into finance in the first place: “to use what I’m good at to help people in a meaningful way.”

Guided by a fierce belief in holistic, strategic, and ethical advice, Elyas is committed to maintaining the highest standards for his clients. With over a decade of experience, a host of qualifications, and a focus on honest, long-term relationships, he is a pillar of support for his clients through whatever hurdles life throws at them.

While he has helped many clients achieve an impressive portfolio of assets and wealth, for Elyas that’s not the most important thing. Rather, his greatest passion lies in helping people achieve the enjoyable and fulfilling lifestyle that financial freedom affords. It’s the same passion that guides him in planning for his own young family. Money means nothing if it doesn’t bring happiness. And for Elyas, there’s no greater satisfaction than seeing the smile on a client’s face when everything falls into place.

Elyas also enjoys participating in pro bono work for charities, including providing advice and assistance to the terminally ill and their families through the Cancer Council. “One case that really sticks in my mind is a woman I helped to get a fair insurance payout for her terminally ill son. With finances taken care of, she got to spend the few months he had left right by his side. I did that for her.”

Rick is a Director of Infinite Financial Group and has over 20 years of experience having worked at corporations such as Westpac, MLC and IOOF.

Rick enjoys travelling and spending time with his family and friends.

Jason Hughes-Gage

Jason is an Executive Financial Adviser & Accredited Mortgage Consultant of Infinite Financial Group with over 10 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, working with corporations such as Westpac, RetireInvest and TFG Financial Solutions.

Jason has a Diploma of Financial Planning (Financial Services) and Certificate IV in mortgage Broking, with extensive experience in all aspects of Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking. Jason has a real passion for his clients and providing the highest quality service & advice to ensure they achieve their personal and financial goals.

When he’s not advising Jason loves to get outdoors, enjoying snowboarding, surfing and skydiving. But most of all Jason loves spending time with his family & friends.

Tima Elhajj

Tima has 15 years' experience within Financial Services industry, specialising in Business Succession Planning.

Tima has a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance/International Trade) as well as a Diploma in Financial Planning. She has always been fascinated in business and assisting business owners in protecting their lifestyle and creating wealth. Tima is an active networker and enjoys connecting with people.

Tima's other passion is spending time with her beautiful daughter.
